Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town, or better known as Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town, is making its way to PC for the first timer ever. The game was first released in 2003 for the GameBoy Advanced and found its way to PlayStation 1 under the name of Harvest Moon: Friends of Mineral Town.
The game will surely be a trip down to memory lane if you’re one of those that already played this game back then. It was a defining game that sets the farming game simulator to a new standard. It was also one of the most beloved games back in those days.
For most that haven’t played the game yet, Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town is similar to most farming games found on the shelves of every gaming store. You will be taking care of a farm, growing crops to sell, taking care of animals including cows, goats, chicken, etc, and you will be socializing with the town’s people.
The game will also come with new features including the option to choose between two male and two female protagonists, the 2003 edition of the game did not have any gender selection.
Story of Seasons: Friends of Mineral Town will be out on Steam on July 14.
Publisher XSEED also stated that the game will have both classic and new features to make fans of games such as Stardew Valley and My Time at Portia will feel right at home.
